About this property

Our apartment is located in the heart of Merano. Right next door is the stunning Kurhaus, an outstanding example of spa architecture, as well as the Passer promenade, which is named after the Passer River flowing through Merano and running through the city center along its right bank. The Terme Merano, Tappeinerweg, the Merano arcades, the Wandelhalle, and the Pulverturm are just a few of the many highlights that make the historic center of Merano unique.

The accommodation

Our apartment meets all needs. It offers two spacious bedrooms with integrated bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bright and large living area with a sofa and a large TV, and a generous dining area. The apartment has a total of two bathrooms and a guest toilet. The bathrooms are modern and very spacious. The apartment is very bright, with many windows featuring a shutter system. Each window offers a unique view of the city – sometimes you can see the dome of the Kurhaus, other times the backyard with a view of the church tower. Additionally, there is a large skylight in the living area and a breathtaking ceiling installation. The apartment is equipped with a home system, touchscreen light switches, and much more. Our apartment is located on the third and top floor – an attic apartment, literally.

Guest access

The building is a classic townhouse with all the advantages. Our underground garage is located directly beneath the Freiheitsstraße, next to the Kurhaus and right in front of the building where our apartment is located. From the underground garage, you take a spacious glass elevator directly to Freiheitsstraße. Our garage is very spacious, and you can easily park an above-average-sized car there. The garage also offers enough space to store bicycles/mountain bikes and ski equipment. It’s a garage within a garage – the parking space has its own lockable gate. Directions: Coming from Romstraße, drive directly over the historic Postbrücke to Freiheitsstraße. There, you will see the unmistakable “Fountain by the Kurhaus.” Directly in front of the fountain is the garage entrance on the left.
